This policy explains how EaseMoov (Dublin, Ireland, support@easemoov.ie) handles personal data when you use easemoov.ie. We act as the data controller.
What we collect
- Email address and first name, only if you sign up for our free starter plan, join our waiting list or email us.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through analytics tools so we can see which guides are useful.
- Technical data, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To send the starter plan or waiting-list updates you asked for, and related guidance: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your emails: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To understand and improve the site: our legitimate interest, or your consent where cookies require it.
Affiliate links
Many links on this site go to our retail partner Home Fitness Code IE and include a tracking parameter so the sale can be credited to us. When you click one, you leave this site and the partner’s own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your payment or order details.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. Email support@easemoov.ie and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland’s supervisory authority: dataprotection.ie.
